In all cases, customer service should be contacted before returning an item. Items should be returned in their original packaging to team@EleteResources.com or by way of contact box on the website.
Elete Resources will respond to online return requests by making the necessary arrangements and conversing with you to ensure you have the correct address labels or QR Code to return items to us.
